Specializing in BBQ and traditional comfort food, we cater breakfasts, lunches, and dinners for corporate functions, church, charity and political events, graduations, rehearsal dinners and weddings. We are experienced professionals; we have the catering equipment and staff to accommodate events of 20 to 4,000 people. more info

We cater 25,000 to 40,000 troops a year, for drill weekends, AT, promotion parties, two-week military schools, picnics, and holiday meals. We have catered at Camp Dodge in Johnston, Iowa, for over ten years, and have served units from 14 different states. more info
